“One Peace” actor McKenue Meda, who is professionally known as McKenue, has joined Ubisoft’s next Voice Is Cast of “Assassin Creed Shadows”.
Known for playing Rorono Zoro in Netflix’s Smash-Hit Live-AppPtion Category Adaptation, Dear Anime “One Piece,” McNew Ganojo, “a main character that helps the protagonist track and eliminate the crucial goal.”
Description of Ubisoft for the “Assassin Creed Shadows” character, as part of the Shinobi League, players can recruit them in their ‘brotherhood’ for support. Genojo is a charming, reckless, and devoply contradictory figure, which is carried out by a crime to mant the corrupt system. It is a flirtatious thug and trick, always walking the line with a mixture of wit, deceit and swagger. Genojo is also willing to endanger his own life, to achieve his goal, inspired by the desire to bring down the corrupt system. Although its rough external, it has a strong sense of justice, especially when it comes to helping the poor and the elderly. ”
After multiple delays, the feudal-Japan set “Assassin Creed Shadows” will eventually be released by Ubisoft on March 20. The latest installment in the publisher’s popular “Assacin Creed” franchise was pushed by its original November projection and later on February release after the poor performance of “Star Wars Outlows” spent Ubisoft over quality concerns and final adjustments in high-profile “shadows”.
Here, speaks to McNew Variety About to join a video game franchise and what to expect from Season 2 of Netflix’s “One Peace”.
How did the casting process work for your role in “Assassin Creed Shadows”?
I got offer fur. They told me it was the “Assassin cult”, which I played the first game when I was in a middle school. I didn’t have something PS3 or PS- at that time, so I had to go to my friend’s house to play “killer cult.” And we used to gather at my friend’s house and take turns and play it. So when I heard it was a “killer cult” and the game would be set in Japan, I thought of myself, “I need to be part of this project.”
What can you tell us about your character?
My character Genojo is a main character that helps the main characters to track and remove their goals. And it’s a part of the Shinobi League. My character, you can basically recruit it in their team and play in the game. And what you want to do with the character, you can choose what you do not want to do with the character. And his face is on it – the face of the makanu, but it’s genojo. So it was very nice.
Have you acted for role, or captured motion for harsh voice acting?
We didn’t make the motion cap. We did a scan, so as I said, my face is on it. I wish we had some motion cap and part of the body, but I was still happy. I was in Toronto for a few days and we recorded all the dialogue. And it was my first time to play the character of the game, so it was also a wonderful fun experience.
There is a “Assassin Creed” TV series that is working on Netflix – will you be interested in joining this role or another?

What can you tell us about “One Peace” Season 2?
I’m trying to ruin anything, but a lot of new characters have come out. Arch – [“One Piece” creator Eiichiro Oda,] Oda-Sensi announced it-we will go to Cover till the chakra comes out. And I got a helicopter! He was the most beautiful! Oh, my God, I’m a helicopter fan. So just to be able to work next to it is crazy. It was something special to bring it home.
